NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wahluke School District No. 73, Grant and Yakima Counties, Washington (the “District”) will hold a special Board Meeting on August 24, 2026, commencing at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, the Administration Office building, located at 411 E. Saddle Mountain Dr., Mattawa, WA 99349 (“Special Meeting”). The regular meeting scheduled for August 25, 2026 has been rescheduled to August 24, 2026 at 6:00 PM. To ensure compliance with the Open Public Meetings Ace (Chapter 42.30 RCW), the Board will treat the meeting on August 11, 2026 as a special meeting, and provide notice of the Special Meeting as required by law. The Special Meeting is called for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following items:
Consent Agenda, Out of State Travel to the Amazing Shake, 2026-2027 Minimum Basic Education Requirements Collection, Policy 6250 Cell Phone Stipend Second Reading and Adoption and carrying out other purposes authorized by RCW 28A.530.080.

POR LA PRESENTE se notifica que la Junta Directiva (la “Junta”) del Distrito Escolar de Wahluke N.º 73, condados de Grant y Yakima, Washington (el “Distrito”) celebrará una Reunión especial de la Junta el 24 de agosto de 2026, comenzando a las 6:00 PM o tan pronto como sea posible después de esa hora, el edificio de la Oficina Administrativa, ubicado en 411 E. Saddle Mountain Dr., Mattawa, WA 99349 (“Reunión Especial”). La reunión ordinaria programada para el 25 de agosto de 2026 ha sido reprogramada para el 24 de agosto de 2026 a las 6:00 PM. Para garantizar el cumplimiento de la Ley de Reuniones Públicas Abiertas (Capítulo 42.30 RCW), la Junta tratará la reunión del 11 de agosto de 2026 como una reunión especial, y notificará la Reunión Especial según lo exige la ley.
