All Pre-K through 12 grade on-campus classes for tomorrow, Wednesday, January 27th, have been cancelled due to the potential for inclement weather. However, all classes will be transitioned to a remote (distance) learning model for the day. The levy will focus on school safety, modernization, and replacement of failing structures and equipment. Good Afternoon, Warriors! Tomorrow from 11 am to 4 pm we will have free meals for kids at the Mattawa Elementary Cafeteria! If your child starts school this week, we will send them home with cold meals for reheating at home. If your kids are still learning at home and are not yet attending school on-site, please drop by and pick up our BBQ Sandwich, Cinna-Minis, and Popcorn Chicken, along with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, including kiwi fruit and radishes! Thank you for supporting our meal distribution program! Happy New Year, Warriors! This Monday we will have free 5-Day Meal Bags available for kids at the Mattawa Elementary Cafeteria. Please drop by from 11 am to 4 pm to pick up your meals. We will have Fajita Bowls, Pozole, and French Toast, along with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. If your younger kids start the Hybrid schedule this week, we will send cold meals home with them after school. You can still pick up 5-Day Meal Bags for kids who haven't yet started their Hybrid schedule. We hope to see you this Monday during our meal distribution at Mattawa Elementary! WSD and Wahluke Migrant Education Program will have a drive-thru event on DECEMBER 17 from 11 AM - 4 PM to distribute daily health attestation packets for all WSD students and if you're part of the Migrant Education Program you will also receive a Migrant PAC bag.
