Tech Support:

Have problems connecting or accessing materials?

  • If the problem is technical (eg. can't connect to the Internet, apps not working, failure of Chromebook, etc.) please take your device to the school's secretaries. Secretaries will submit a ticket to the IT office.

  • If the problem is content- or learning-related (eg. not sure what the assignment is asking, not sure if materials are required, students unable to do task/participate, etc.), please contact your student's teacher for guidance.

K-12 WA Educational Technology Standards

OSPI's goal towards EdTech:

  • Integrate technology across core curricula, and provide realistic examples connected to other content standards whenever possible

  • Determine what students should know and be able to do in a digital world
